Instant Jelly Make Approximately 8 pcs using pattern jelly mould Ingredients: Plain Water 200g Coast Sugar 60g Instant Jelly 12g or 4 teaspoon Condensed Milk 4 teaspoon Method: 1. Combined water, sugar and instant jelly in a bowl. 2. Then, use small fire indirectly cook until all sugar and instant jelly completely dissolve. Meanwhile, must stir it to prevent burnt. ( can use direct heating to make dissolve faster but may easily get burnt) 3. After that, off the fire and add in condensed milk, stir it until the mixture turn cloudy. 4. Now add in colouring and stir till combine. 5. Lastly, pour into jelly mould and left for 10 minutes to cool or slightly harden (use you finger to touch the jelly surface, a bit hard).
