😍Full of Chocolate & Cherries. The cake is built up with chocolate sponge cake, dark 🍒 and cream. Lastly frosted with fresh cream and covered with chocolate shavings and top with some eye-catching red marashino cherries. 😋 It is believe that it originated in the late 16th century in the Black Forest Region (Der Schwarzwald in German). Schwarzwald or well-known as "The Black Forest" is a mountainous region in southwest Germany.

Had been longing for making a large chocolate piece on birthday cake & finally I did it. With the inspiration from ROM theater, I came out with this design. Frozen-Elsa Hmm.... receive customer order for her daughter of drawing Elsa from the Disney's Frozen Cartoon. I wanna why almost all little like Elsa... Hahaha. Anyway, this times my drawing was not very ideal... >.< The more I want to repair it the worst it became. T.T I hope that my cake will not ruined the little girl's princess dream on this Frozen main character ~Elsa.
