Black Forest Cheese An order by my customer from facebook. ^.^ Hmm.... I wonder how to decorate it because the cheesecake top is quite pale. I must say that it is quite headache to decorate a cake if you have no idea at all in your mind. After few days kept thinking of the design of this black forest cheese, finally it come out with this. :-) The color of red is quite a strong abstract on the cake.....

Oreo Cheesecake Black Forest Cheesecake

My sister friend had order a black forest cheese cake from me.  This 1 is my 'secret recipe'. The taste are marvelous & it tastes a bit like ice cream. It got 4 layers; 2 layers mousse & 2 layers chocolate cake. Inside I sandwiched with 2 layer of special chocolate cake and add in black cherry in the mousse like the black forest cake.

黑森林芝士蛋糕 浓郁的巧克力层， 再配搭着 黑樱桃 的 慕斯 加上特制巧克力蛋糕  夹在其中....   甜度刚刚好~
