Recently the kuih mo-mo is quite popular with other flavour available in market. SO...  I give it a try on chocolate mo-mo. not bad but personally i still prefer the original butter flavour one. :P   The Crescent Moon Cashewnut Cookies, looking great & yummylicious.!!! The another one is the traditional Kuih Bangkit. I have heard that making this cookies need lot of work as you need to dry fry the sago flour before use. indeed it is quite time consuming but the yummy outcome is always the best reward for a baker. hehe~

青豆小饼干   又是过年饼的时候了，2014年农历新年新推出的绿豆小饼。其口感松散，味道香甜哦。当然还有青豆的味道。^.^

Oh my~ my leftover~pineapple is going to expire. Not Pineapple Nastar again?? I remembered I have another recipe for pineapple filling except nastar (I think)...... Tadaa~the cookies is as shown below: The recipe originally used flower pattern cookie mould but I use pumping method to present this recipe. It still look good though. ^.^ The name 'Pineapple Butter Cookies' best suit it. Cause, it is somethings like butter cookies. It's crunchy...... It's delicious...... It's irresistible...... You will crave for it's aroma of butter & custard !! emm.... yummy~
