This is the Valentine Elegant Promotion Picture. My friend has order 1 set of pick & mix cheesecake promotion from me.  This is the valentine theme which I decorate with 2 Swan represent the couple & some chocolate chips as the simple decoration.

Tiramisu~ literally mean 'pick me up' is a combination of coffee & cocoa Italy cheesecake. It serves with lady finger biscuits that had been soaked in coffee liquor.

This cake is the perfect combination of Mocha & Pistachio. It serves with slices of moist green tea sponge cake which are sandwiched in between the rich green tea mousse cream. It is mostly serves as desserts.

Another order from my friends.^.^ Recently she had order her own birthday cake from me. She likes chocolate, so i have use lots of chocolate to decorate for her~ located some orange slices would make the whole chocolate cake looked colourful.

Rich Chocolate Cheesecake ordered from my brother friends. I use some chocolate net, chocolate swirl & some more chocolate sticks as the simple adornment.
