Baked Layer Cake


千层蛋糕顾名思义就是外表有很多层的蛋糕。据说我们Sarawak 的lapis其实是以前印尼带进来的又是德国的Baumkuchene（年輪蛋糕）演变而成的。无论如何，它是一款用很多蛋黄制作的蛋糕即使长时间进出烘炉一层层烘，它依然是又软又香。


但是。。。。。。虽然好吃，若吃多了就~ 哈哈哈。。。。。
