Black Forest Cake 黑森林生日蛋糕

😍Full of Chocolate & Cherries.

The cake is built up with chocolate sponge cake, dark 🍒 and cream. Lastly frosted with fresh cream and covered with chocolate shavings and top with some eye-catching red marashino cherries. 😋

It is believe that it originated in the late 16th century in the Black Forest Region (Der Schwarzwald in German).

Schwarzwald or well-known as "The Black Forest" is a mountainous region in southwest Germany.
