      After few times i tried, finally....... i success to make this fruit cake using 9 inches tin with 1 kg of mix fruit. It is moist and yummy.  & The most important is the fruit I had soaked in Rhum for whole days bring out the fragrance of this fruit cake.

Oreo Cheezzeeesss cake~ My sister's friend had order an OREO cheesecake from me ※ ^.^ ※ Rich & creamy cheesecake combined with oreo cookies brings out a special taste of cheesecake. The oreo crumb crust & the soft texture of the cheesecake make a perfect combination of this cake...... Recommended: ★★★★☆

My sister friend had order a black forest cheese cake from me.  This 1 is my 'secret recipe'. The taste are marvelous & it tastes a bit like ice cream. It got 4 layers; 2 layers mousse & 2 layers chocolate cake. Inside I sandwiched with 2 layer of special chocolate cake and add in black cherry in the mousse like the black forest cake.

My Grandma's Birthday is coming~ She is 85 years old but still very very healthy.... ^.^ I pump a few peaches as the decoration~ Inside is coffee flavor sponge cake......  Wish her: always healthy & a happy birthday May God bless her ~
