Oh my~ my leftover~pineapple is going to expire. Not Pineapple Nastar again?? I remembered I have another recipe for pineapple filling except nastar (I think)...... Tadaa~the cookies is as shown below: The recipe originally used flower pattern cookie mould but I use pumping method to present this recipe. It still look good though. ^.^ The name 'Pineapple Butter Cookies' best suit it. Cause, it is somethings like butter cookies. It's crunchy...... It's delicious...... It's irresistible...... You will crave for it's aroma of butter & custard !! emm.... yummy~

最近，都在忙着做蛋糕送去卖，都没有空来这儿溜达了。 在这个月里，有很多乳酪蛋糕订单啊！^.^ 这些都是教会姐妹订的，感谢主您时常都默默地在帮助我。 这粒是 OREO芝士蛋糕。没有装饰只有写字。  接下来这个是蓝莓芝士蛋糕。将蓝莓派果酱涂在上面就达到了亮面的效果咯～ 再紧接下来是 OREO芝士蛋糕。顾客不要特别的装饰。眼看饼干有剩就大略装饰一番。没想到效果还不错。

这个月，我送了各种各样的蛋糕去１０１那儿的一间店卖。 我要感谢 主 ，让我遇到了很不错的老板娘。那间店的老板娘人很好又很会销售哦。 我的蛋糕呢虽然不是很起眼，价钱方面又有点偏高。但是呀，她也尽力地帮我卖到完。

巧克力冰淇淋蛋糕 2 1 kg Ice Cream Cakes order by my neighbour ^.^ This is my 1st attempt to make ice cream cake. Scared of the melting of ice cream, I use cake with pattern to surround the ice cream. So is just like ice cream in a "cake basket". haha~ Due to the special request of my neighbour, the sponge cake sandwiched inside both of the ice cream filling are vanilla & green tea sponge. Hmm... unfortunately, I can't cut the cake and look inside, i think the colour must be interesting(chocolate filling, vanilla sponge, chocolate filling, green tea sponge).
