Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

巧克力冰淇淋蛋糕
2 1 kg Ice Cream Cakes order by my neighbour ^.^

This is my 1st attempt to make ice cream cake.
Scared of the melting of ice cream, I use cake with pattern to surround the ice cream.
So is just like ice cream in a "cake basket". haha~

Due to the special request of my neighbour, the sponge cake sandwiched inside both of the ice cream filling are vanilla & green tea sponge. Hmm... unfortunately, I can't cut the cake and look inside, i think the colour must be interesting(chocolate filling, vanilla sponge, chocolate filling, green tea sponge).

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the cake but~ still need some improvement. ^.^

Minion Chocolate Covered Birthday Cake

Minions.... the small, yellow henchmen shaped like pill capsules.... 😄 Just thinking why it look like an egg....
