Pineapple Butter Cookies

Oh my~ my leftover~pineapple is going to expire.
Not Pineapple Nastar again??

I remembered I have another recipe for pineapple filling except nastar (I think)......
Tadaa~the cookies is as shown below:

The recipe originally used flower pattern cookie mould but I use pumping method to present this recipe.
It still look good though. ^.^
The name 'Pineapple Butter Cookies' best suit it.
Cause, it is somethings like butter cookies.
It's crunchy...... It's delicious...... It's irresistible......
You will crave for it's aroma of butter & custard !!
emm.... yummy~

Minion Chocolate Covered Birthday Cake

 Minions.... the small, yellow henchmen shaped like pill capsules.... 😄  Just thinking why it look like an egg....
